Solution Architect, CRM
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for IT solution development duties for Cordlife group of companies.
  • Creating and Implementing design plans.
  • Performing code review regularly make sure the quality of code as it standards
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments like: (New updates in Microsoft Application and services, IoT, AI and etc..)
  • Lead efforts to design technical and operational requirements and to submit them to the software architect for development.
  • Establish effective communication between IST and business users to ensure high quality and timely resolution for business user issues
  • Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan.

Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
  • Promote Cordlife’s services and products by means of educating clients on Cordlife's services.
  • Responsible for all CordLife enquiries and pre to post sales activities

Deputy Laboratory & Technical Director
Responsibilities:
  • Provide directions and advice to Management, Lab Managers on all technical and lab operational aspects.
  • Lead technical and/or laboratory operational developments for the validation and integration of new products, services and processes.
  • Implementation of new products and initiatives for the company as directed.
  • Scouting and assessments of potential new products, services, technologies and processes for the company.
  • Evaluate processing data, ensure product safety, efficacy and endpoints met.
  • Ensure daily aspects of laboratory processes are performed in accordance with SOPs and quality standards met.,
  • Responsible for lab operations budget planning, and implementation.

Laboratory Biotechnologist
Responsibilities:
  • Directly responsible for the Laboratory processing and storage preparation of Clients' Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB) and Umbilical Cord Lining (UCL)
  • Directly responsible for the Laboratory processing and storage preparation of lenticule banking
  • Directly responsible for the lab processing of all diagnostic service products
  • Monitor maternal blood withdrawal within 48 hours when initial withdrawal is insufficient.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in collection kits
  • Good understanding of the specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and be able to carry out duties efficiently
  • Call clients to acknowledge the receipt of UCB and UCL from the hospital
  • Assist in the maintenance of quality in the laboratory
  • Recognize protocol deviances and dutifully record incidences when necessary
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the line manager from time to time
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Medical Technology or related disciplines
  • Good aseptic technique, experience in tissue / plant culture and the handling of liquid nitrogen will be an added advantage.

Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Line Manager in the planning, execution and ongoing efforts of new products / services initiatives
  • Effectively synergizing new products / services with core business
  • Foster and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and assist in the execution of all business development initiatives / plans in accordance to the Company’s strategies
  • Support in the planning, development and implementation of marketing content across different platforms as well as performance tracking of effective marketing channels to market the new products and services
  • Source, manage and liaise with agencies and vendors to develop marketing materials (e.g. product brochures, detailing aids, website content, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the in-house CRM system to segment the leads and/or client database to effectively execute marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and referrals while seeing through post-campaign analysis.

Customer Relations Consultant
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Line Manager in maintaining and delivering exceptionally high standard of customer service to prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide support on pre-sales (promotions, products and services) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails, website, chat box, surveys and walk-in) on a daily basis, ensuring that enquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours or the next working day. Enquiries would include correspondences with prospects and clients from local, overseas and regional offices.
  • Manage post-sales service-related matters for existing clients received from various touch-points (calls, emails, website, chat box and walk-in) and from local, overseas and regional offices, ensuring enquiries are acknowledged within 24 hours or the next working day. These include difficult post-sales follow-ups, resolving/closure of pending contract statuses and queries on transplant related matters.
  • Resolve customer’s feedback/complaint, received from various channels (calls, emails, social media platforms) through excellent service recovery while promoting customer satisfaction and client retention.
  • Instill customer loyalty and retention through outbound service calls while minimizing termination rates through retention strategies and programs for existing clients.
  • Actively encourage conversion and upgrading of existing clients from annual storage payment plans to our prepayment plans (Preferential Plan - P21), increasing company’s cashflow and retention of clients.
  • Provide support on all other correspondences that are related, but not limited to, investor relations, partners, external vendor/suppliers and human-resource related by screening of calls/emails before handing over to the respective personnel/department.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for educating Cordlife’s Umbilical Cord Blood (UCB)/ Umbilical Cord Lining (UCL) banking services to expecting parents
  • Responsible for converting expecting parents to leads, appointments for sales department to follow up and pre-sales confirmation
  •  Build good rapport with the clinic staff to facilitate workflow
  • To be stationed at obstetrics and gynae clinics at different locations
Requirements:
  • ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of working experience in ether Sales or Customer Service
  • Approachable and friendly- enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life and have great interpersonal skills
  • Resilient to be able to handle rejections
  • Must be able to handle physical exertion- able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedule, including Saturday mornings and some weekday evenings, based on team roster
  • 1 year contract subject to renewal 
  • Working hours: 36 hours per week
