  4. Either party may terminate this arrangement at any time by giving the other party ninety (90) days written notice of its intention to do so.
  5. How to Purchase with member discount?
    a. Email to the provided email address with: Item Model + Quantity, Offer Code + Front image of Cordlife Circle Card, Delivery Address + Mobile Contact + Name
    b. Upon receiving a confirmation reply from the email, make a payment of the confirmed amount to UEN: 199000027E and share an image of the payment via email.
    c. Order will be processed and delivery arrangements would be made within 3-5 business days.
